Scatter Brained post....

Hello!! Just checking in! Nothing new really here! I've felt baby move a couple times, and it was amazing!!! I can't wait till those kicks really start....I'm sure they will be massive kicks, if the baby listens to Josh, b/c he keeps saying "kick mommy" lol!!
Speaking of Josh...he's been SUPER sick the last few days...poor guy, I've been doing my best to stay away, I was sleeping on the couch for a couple days. I am hoping men are worse at being sick than kids, because man is he grumpy & I'll admit slightly annoying :)~
I will tell you baby is getting BIG, although I just feel fat, I read Baby is about 5 and 1/2 inches now! AMAZING! Well I am at work, but thought I would update everyone......I am hopefully planning a trip to Vegas at the end of the week.....PLEASE PRAY that I get a few weeks off! Since I have decided to take some time off, then work for a couple more months on the next job. We talked about it & decided that I will go nuts being in the trailer for that long not working, so I'm going to try to tough it out until Mid May...Plus that just means I can buy the Lucky maternity jeans I REALLY want....yes that is right I said it LUCKY MATERNITY JEANS!! I almost cried I was soooo happy when I saw them, I've just gota get to Vegas to buy them!!!!! Ok I'm done rambling now...hope you enjoyed a pregnant ladys scatter brained ramblings...;)
Hope your having a happy Monday, if there is such a thing!!

15 week appointment...

So sorry it took so long to post! I went to the dr. on Wednesday....nothing too exciting, HB was 162! I scheduled our Ultra Sound for March 4th! We compromised so I would have to miss too much work (if we are still working) So I am going to my monthly appointment a week early & we are doing the u/s then! I love my doctor he is so nice! He also tried to convince me that we should stay with him, since we will only be an hour and a half away....but I don't think so. He said they could induce me, but that really isn't what I want. I'm going to get to Jacksonville, and look for a Midwife there. Rochelle researched for me & found a couple so I am going to go check them both out & see who I like better, and maybe go see an OB too, just to be sure I like who we go with! As much as I LOVE Dr.Kinder, I just don't want to "schedule" my delivery & be induced, especially since I don't really want medication! I mean don't get me wrong, I am a TOTAL "planner" and would love to have my mom here & Josh off of work, but there is just something about not knowing!

Right now I am searching for a campground to stay at in the Jacksonville/Tyler area....I'm being super picky, since I will most likely be home all the time, so I want a laundry facility, a pool would be SUPER since it will be really HOT in July & August :( Plus it has to be close to town, so I don't have to drive far to go to the store, and hopefully I can get close to friends too, so we can hang out! UGH the stress of not knowing...I LOVE pipelining...I just have to keep telling myself that. Apparently we only have 7-9 days of work left....so we will probably have a couple weeks off, but on our spread there will be about 7-8 HUNDRED people....so finding a nice place where there aren't a MILLION people there bugging you is a trick.....well I better get back to work!
Have a GREAT weekend~!

First Belly Pic...& interesting Wal Mart visit :)

15 weeks....

Nothing special...I haven't gained any weight yet....which is fine with me!! I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, so I will probably post then too!!

Let see...I posted Sunday morning, then it turned out to be a very interesting day! As I mentioned, Josh ended up working, so I was home to do all of our Sunday chores; cleaning, shopping etc. So I went to WalMart to grab a few things, then realized it was way past lunch, and I should eat, so I checked out and went to Subway, which is inside WalMart. I ordered my sandwhich, they toasted it, and as I am standing in line I get so dizzy and can't even stand up, so I had to tell the person behind the counter I had to go sit down! I WAS SO EMBARASSED! So I sat down, called Josh, which really just worried him more than anything! But I wanted to make sure if something happened he knew what was going on! So I sat there, they brought me water, and eventually I got up & finished my sandwhich & paid for it! UGH, I cannot explain how dumb I felt...I mean have you been to any Wal Mart on Sunday...can you say BUSY! I called my Dr. yesterday morning, they said it was normal, and to remind my doctor on Wednesday when I go in & he will help determin what happened....duh, I'm dumb and didn't eat soon enough! So that was my day....well then I went home & relaxed!!

Hope everyone had a better Sunday than me....ohh ya I took my belly pic that day too!

Goodbye Dallas/Corsicana...

So, the one thing I cannot get used to about pipelining is that nothing EVER goes as planned! Apparently now we are NOT going to Corsicana, instead we are going to the other end of the line, which is in Jacksonville, Texas! Which isn't close to Dallas, well it is 3 hours away! I can't seem to find any birthing centers in the area, which is really upsetting, because I had gotten my heart set on it!

I guess I need to learn my lesson, not to get set on things until we are actually there! This has happened a few times now, and I know everything will work out, but sometimes it is just really hard to be positive when you get let down! I should totally know not to get excited about things!

Well...today I get to work harder than I do at work! Josh is working today, so I get to do all the house work! Have a great Sunday!

Midwife?!?!

So, it seems since we are going to the Dallas area, we are considering a midwife! I found a place I fell in LOVE with, and feel really good that it is only 3 blocks away from the best hospital in the area! The only thing that is really bothering me is...we don't necessarly stay the night there. In all the literature that I am reading it says you go home in "a few hours", and I am not so sure about all of that! I wonder if I will be ready to go home with this tiny little thing, depending on me, and Josh of course, plus we will have an hour long drive home.

Ok enough negatives, I am SO excited to get to the area & meet with the women at the birthing center & really see what it is like there. I am completley determined to go natural wether I have an OB or CNM (Certified Nurse-Midwife)! And even if we do not go with the birthing center, the hospital where I want to deliver has BEAUTIFUL rooms, with flat screens (for Josh) wireless internet, so I can post all the pictures I want!

Check out the birthing centers website, and your opinions are ALWAYS welcome ;)
